Growth Marketing Manager, B2B Creator Partnerships
Levanta is the leading affiliate marketing platform for marketplace sellers, helping Amazon and Walmart brands unlock a scalable, cost-effective marketing channel through direct affiliate partnerships. With access to over 30,000 vetted publishers, influencers, affiliates, and media buyers in Levanta’s Creator Marketplace, sellers can drive high-quality external traffic to their stores, control commissions, improve organic search rankings, and benefit from referral kickbacks on sales generated by their affiliates. Levanta is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, B2B Creator Partnerships to expand our reach and credibility through trusted third-party voices. You’ll identify and manage opportunities that amplify Levanta’s presence — from podcast guest appearances and sponsorships to influencer collaborations and referral programs. This role blends relationship-building, creative strategy, and growth execution. You’ll work closely with creators, publishers, and partners who influence our target audience, building programs that strengthen Levanta’s brand and drive measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Do:
Influencer & Creator Collaborations: Develop partnerships with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram & LinkedIn voices who authentically engage with sellers and e-commerce professionals. Podcast Guesting: Secure guest spots for Levanta’s leaders on relevant podcasts to build authority and reach new audiences. Podcast Sponsorships: Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorships with shows aligned to Levanta’s ICP. Brand Collaborations: Explore and execute co-marketing opportunities with complementary brands, publishers, and thought leaders. Performance Tracking: Measure and report on reach, engagement, and lead flow from partnerships; continuously refine based on ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Growth, Content, and Brand teams to align messaging, creative, and measurement and find opportunities to repurpose influencer content across other channels. Customer Evangelism & Referral Programs: Turn satisfied customers into advocates by building referral and evangelism programs with meaningful incentives that drive qualified growth. What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer, or advocacy marketing in B2B SaaS environments Demonstrated success building and managing external relationships that drive measurable marketing impact. Experience with podcast sponsorships, influencer partnerships, or referral programs. Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with an ability to tie brand activity to tangible outcomes. Creative thinker who understands how to tell stories that resonate with audiences through external partners. Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment. What Success Looks Like:
Levanta appears regularly on high-impact podcasts and industry media. Partnerships with creators and publishers consistently reach and influence target sellers. Referral programs drive incremental, cost-efficient lead flow. Partnership programs are data-informed, scalable, and tied directly to pipeline contribution. Levanta is recognized as a trusted, visible brand among key seller audiences. The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. What Levanta Offers:
