Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these three priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs. Provide showroom tours and set up kitchen and/or bath measurements. Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary. Maintain a safe, appealing showroom environment that supports the store priorities. Contribute to achieving department and store goals through design recommendations and sales support. Qualifications
Experience in design or customer service is helpful but not required to apply. Employment type
