A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Media Planner to join one of our clients in the Arlington, VA area. This person will play a major role in developing and guiding the strategy, targeting, execution and performance measurement of digital media campaigns. He or she is responsible for analyzing campaign performance through data from ad platforms, internal insights, and reporting and measurement tools. This is a direct hire opportunity, and will be local to Arlington VA. Responsibilities
Develop and guide the strategy, targeting, execution and performance measurement of digital media campaigns. Analyze campaign performance using data from ad platforms, internal insights, and reporting/measurement tools. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize media plans and ensure alignment with objectives. Skills and Requirements
6+ years of media/ad buying/planning experience, specifically in the political space. Programmatic buying, ad buying, digital buying. Hands-on experience with ad servers, DSPs, and social buying platforms (e.g., DCM, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Meta Ads Manager). Experience as a strategic partner to external customers. Experience with ad reporting and measurements (running measurement studies, testing effectiveness of ads). Background in developing strategic digital media approaches in the political space.
