The Role + Purpose
Under the guidance of the art director ensure clear and consistent communication of the brand on all channels, ensuring work is produced to a high quality with a consistent clear design, adhering to the brand aesthetic. Maintain and elevate brand positioning with quality design standards. Concept, design and take ownership over unique and innovative creative treatments to reflect the brand strategy and content plan. Research, explore and present new concepts and executions to keep the brand voice relevant and innovative. Repurpose existing photo/video assets for social (including paid social) in clever strategic ways. Assist with concept and art direction of photoshoots, working closely with photographers and stylists. Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment (experience in Fashion a plus) Great proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) Sophisticated typography skills Ability to work quickly and nimbly to create content that aligns with the brand Critical thinker, great communicator with can-do attitude Strong time management and organizational skills to be effective with long-term and short-term planning and execution at the same time Photography/videography skills preferred Benefits + Perks
