We’re seeking a marketing leader who can channel those same values into building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns for our multi-family portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads management, and strategic campaign development, crafting data-driven marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, drive occupancy, and set Fortified apart in every market we serve. Strategic Marketing Leadership We’re seeking a hands-on marketing leader who can both create and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results across our multi-family portfolio. This role requires a dynamic professional, a multi-tool marketer who can design a strategic vision, communicate it clearly to investor partners, and mobilize teams around a shared plan for growth. Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market conditions. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, pricing, positioning, and asset value enhancement. Establish performance benchmarks for leasing, resident engagement, and marketing ROI. Partner with onsite and regional teams to optimize revenue growth and ensure portfolio competitiveness. Digital & Brand Management Oversee digital marketing, including property websites, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, online listings, and reputation management. Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising across digital, print, and local channels; negotiate and oversee vendor contracts. Maintain brand consistency across all advertising channels, collateral, and community events. Collaborate on pitch deck design and serve as a social media/brand ambassador. (Graphic design skills a plus.) Lead content creation strategy (photos, videos, campaigns) to support new lease-ups, repositioning efforts, and seasonal promotions. Partner with regional and property managers to design and execute customized marketing plans for each community. Provide training and coaching to site staff on marketing best practices, social media engagement, and resident event planning. Support property repositioning, renovations, and new acquisitions with targeted marketing campaigns, signage, and branding. Lead launch initiatives such as open houses, virtual tours, and community events to maximize demand for high-value units. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization Optimize lead funnels and collaborate closely with leasing teams to drive qualified prospects and high-demand unit campaigns. Monitor lead conversion data and adjust tactics to ensure efficient prospect flow and sustained occupancy growth. Resident & Community Engagement Drive initiatives that enhance the resident experience, strengthen retention, and improve online reputation scores. Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to expand outreach and referral programs. Manage crisis and reputation response, including online reviews, community complaints, and public-facing communications. Reporting & Analysis Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics (occupancy, lead generation, conversion, retention, ROI). Provide clear, digestible reports to ownership and leadership teams on marketing effectiveness and property performance. Recommend strategy adjustments based on data insights, occupancy trends, and market conditions. Manage the regional marketing budget, vendor relationships, and campaign timelines effectively. Qualifications 5-7+ years of marketing experience, in real estate, multifamily, or property management; with experience at a manager level. Experience in content production (photo/video) and campaign execution. Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
