Overview Weber Industries is looking for a
National Territory Manager, based in our St. Louis location
who is looking for a flexible schedule, work in a team environment, loves the thrill of closing a sale, has the ability to rebound after rejection, and strive to drive earnings and company revenues.
Our National Territory Managers are not seen as sales reps, but as authorities in their field. They share their trade knowledge, so partners turn to them for advice to increase their profitability. They are experts on their accounts and craft accurate forecasts accounting for the probability of prospective new business. They are our partners’ main point of contact and have the backing of a knowledgeable and supportive team.
Responsibilities
Generate
new
business opportunities through cold calling and in-person visits.
Identify viable leads, manage
prospects
and acquire new, profitable commercial and industrial customers and close sales.
Foster relationships within
existing
partners.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all territory issues and concerns.
Construct precise sales forecast and pipeline.
Compose an accurate and current account picture in ERP system.
