The Senior Manager of Email & Promotions will own the strategy and execution of Banana Republic\'s email and promotional marketing programs, creating customer experiences that deepen engagement, retention, and long-term value. This role is accountable for advancing our email contact strategy—segmentation, cadence, testing, and optimization—while ensuring alignment with content strategy to deliver cohesive, brand-right communications across CRM channels. You will serve as a key partner in promotional planning, working closely with Commercial Planning and Loyalty to ensure promotions are compelling, customer-first, and seamlessly integrated into our marketing ecosystem. This role also partners with Store teams to guide promo signage strategy and manage store closure communications to protect retention, while influencing Loyalty initiatives. You will own reporting and performance insights at all levels (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual), manage budget forecasting and vendor relationships, and drive innovation within the email channel through AI, personalization, and testing roadmaps. Collaboration across sister brands to leverage best-in-class practices is also core to this role. Finally, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, mentoring a direct report while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional partnership. Who You Are

A strategic leader with deep expertise in email marketing across both contact and content strategy. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional strategy within a retail or consumer brand environment. Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into strategic action. An excellent communicator who can influence senior leaders and build trust across cross-functional teams. A collaborative leader who inspires and develops teams while delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience & Qualifications

7-10 years in CRM, email marketing, or retention marketing; CRM/retention retail marketing experience strongly preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing email contact strategies at scale. Experience partnering with loyalty programs and promotional planning teams. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and forecasting ROI. People management experience required, with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams. Benefits
