Business Relationship Manager
to join their team in Canton, Ohio. Since 1964, Canton Erectors Inc. has been moving industry forward. A family-owned company, CEI is a leader in rigging and machinery moving. We provide businesses large and small with the lifting and heavy hauling services they need. Our ideal candidate will have experience with crane rigging and industrial construction, while also having the skills to build better relationships with customers and boosting sales. $70k – $75k/year plus commission, 1st year expected income: $80k – $90k Commission pay Annual bonus Health insurance Vision insurance PTO and paid holidays Company car Great company culture The right candidate will have: 2+ years of industrial construction experience, crane rigging or trucking industry highly desired 2-5+ years of sales experience meeting or exceeding activity and sales goals Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record Ability to travel up to 20% on an as needed basis Experience selling into Manufacturing and/or service industries is preferred Prospecting / Relationship building skills MS office products experience Our Business Relationship Manager will: Meet and exceed all Activity and Results goals assigned for the position. Prospect dormant and potential new customers and turn them into customers “warm and cold” outreach. Meet potential customers by leveraging social selling, local networking, cold prospecting, trade, and industry networking. Set capability introduction meetings with potential customers and involve CANTON ERECTORS support resources as necessary to maximize results. Work with team to support quotes that properly address the customer’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends. Effectively Leverage technology to interact with prospects/customers in person and via remote selling (zoom, teams, etc.) Identify opportunities for campaigns, partner relationships, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, build upon the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM. Accurately forecast sales opportunities and ensure they are met. Track and record all sales activity to provide a centralized hub for all account communication history and notes. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s capabilities and people resources. Stay current with industry related trends through research and trade related reading.
