Relationship Manager, Class Action Broker Dealer Services (Hybrid) Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr At Broadridge, we aim to empower others to accomplish more. This role ensures proper handling for all assigned Broker Dealer clients and manages all client communications. Responsibilities

Manage and ensure timely onboarding within agreed-upon SLAs. Ensure refresh data has been received for all clients pursuant to their agreed-upon schedule. Track all filing deadlines for clients and ensure timely filing. Track all deficiency deadlines and other claims admin requests (e.g., data integrity audits) for clients and ensure timely responses. Advocate for clients to maximize claims and handle all client communications promptly and professionally. Provide regular reporting to clients on an agreed-upon schedule. Ensure proper and timely payments and distributions, communicating them in a timely manner per SLA and confirming clients cash in. Manage contract renewal and coordinate with Account Management. Develop a deep understanding of Broadridge and the scope of the company. Assist with department strategy, marketing, and thought leadership; identify and implement areas for improvement in client relationships. Foster strong relationships with Broker Dealer clients by coordinating recurring calls and client meetings (e.g., business reviews). Collaborate internally to improve day-to-day processes and client satisfaction. Serve as a role model in best practices for client interactions, procedures, and subject matter expertise; assist with complex inquiries and mentoring when needed. Lead key department projects and initiatives and communicate clearly up to management. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in financial services at a large Broker Dealer. Securities class action experience is a plus. Significant project management, client management, and/or account management experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong presentation skills; ability to speak at conferences is a plus. Experience with securities trading, including equity, debt, and derivative securities. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong time management and follow-up skills. Salary range $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD. Bonus eligible.
