Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing and supporting the firm’s marketing efforts, with a strong focus on paid digital advertising campaign development, execution, and management on Google Performance Max and LinkedIn platforms. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is detail-oriented, creative, and analytical—able to manage campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting. The Marketing Coordinator, Brand Marketing, supports the execution of day-to-day marketing activities, such as creating and updating collateral, coordinating digital and social media campaigns, and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities
Execute and support paid digital advertising campaigns on Google Performance Max and LinkedIn Ads, including setup, targeting, optimization, budget pacing, and reporting. Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities such as creating/updating collateral, coordinating digital and social media campaigns, and maintaining brand standards. Serve as a point of contact across teams for campaign coordination and cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and successful execution. Organize and maintain marketing materials, coordinate email campaigns, studio and teammate event announcements, and ensure materials present a clear, unified brand image. Assist with internal communications and contribute to the continuous improvement of content. Support leadership in coordinating marketing plans, business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for identified targets or opportunities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Digital Advertising Execution: Ability to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Performance Max) and LinkedIn Ads, including creative placement, audience targeting, data-driven optimization, budget pacing, and performance reporting. Ownership & Initiative: Takes responsibility for assigned projects, proactively driving tasks from start to finish, and identifying opportunities to improve campaigns, processes, and content. Ability to work independently given appropriate training and resources. Accountability: Delivers high-quality, accurate work on time while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Leadership-in-Execution: Serves as a point of contact and coordinator across teams for specific campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful execution. Collaboration with Leaders: Working closely with leadership to coordinate marketing plans, business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for identified targets or opportunities with clearly defined objectives, goals, strategies, schedules, and action assignments. Material Management: Organizes and maintains marketing materials and supports opportunities that cross markets and affect the firm as a whole. Social and Internal Communication: Utilizes social media to maintain contacts, market awareness, and supports internal communications. Quality Control: Participates in editing and proofing processes to help ensure quality across marketing materials and contributes to content improvement. Adaptability: Demonstrates flexibility and openness to change and innovation. Problem-Solving: Ability to propose suggestions, use sound judgment, and think on feet. Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, with coursework or certifications in digital advertising (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital advertising campaign execution; experience in the Architecture and Design industry is a plus. Google Ads Certification (Performance Max) and/or LinkedIn Marketing Labs certification strongly preferred. Experience with strategic planning, market research, public relations, direct mail campaigns, and development of collateral materials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience with CMS such as WordPress. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently with strong follow-through. Resourceful, well-organized, hands-on with strong communication skills; able to work with diverse personalities. Flexibility and orientation toward innovation and change; strong problem-solving, judgment, and adaptability. Average Pay Range (regional cost of living, years of relevant experience, certifications, etc. are considered into the hiring process): $23-$33/hour.
