Overview
Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs Provide showroom tours and set up kitchen and/or bath measures Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms are appealing and safe Contribute to achieving department and store sales goals Employment type
