Designer - Kitchen/Bath

Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, arranging for kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these three priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

Responsibilities

Support Customers First by delivering fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome them to the store; assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours; arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements; meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.

Support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.

Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.

Drive sales to support department and store goals by applying these priorities.
