data-driven and creative SEO Content Manager
to lead
organic growth
across Aeroflow Urology’s website and content ecosystem. This role will
own SEO strategy, content optimization,
and
website performance
to drive
organic growth, lead generation, brand visibility,
and
patient education . Your Primary Responsibilities SEO Leadership and Strategy Lead the development of a comprehensive SEO, website, and content strategy for Aeroflow Urology in partnership with leadership, the Urology marketing team, and the external SEO agency to drive organic search performance, lead volume, education, and brand awareness. Develop, prioritize, and manage editorial calendar and roadmap in partnership with internal writers, coordinators, and the external SEO agency. Optimize new and existing content for rankings, CTR, engagement, and conversions, ensuring on-page best practices (metadata, headers, schema, internal linking). Stay on top of SEO and content trends, including AI applications, algorithm updates, and competitive shifts Technical SEO Conduct and oversee technical SEO audits to address crawlability, indexation, page speed, mobile usability, and site health Partner with developers and UX / UI teams to implement technical SEO recommendations, such as optimizing site architecture, improving page load times, increasing domain authority and enhancing mobile usability. Ensure proper use of structured data, canonicalization, redirects, and internal linking strategies. Stay updated on algorithm changes and ensure our websites comply with the latest SEO best practices and Google updates. AB Testing Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives for web pages and content, from ideation to execution. Partner with performance marketing manager to ideate and execute on A/B testing initiatives for paid media landing pages. Work with internal teams to develop hypotheses around content layout, messaging, calls-to-action, and user flow; define clear success metrics. Partner with teams to implement and measure tests. SEO Reporting and Analytics Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion / lead, and engagement metrics to measure SEO impact and adapting strategies accordingly. Monitor and analyze site performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other similar tools. Provide detailed performance reports to key stakeholders, offering insights and actionable recommendations to continuously improve SEO performance. Collaboration & Leadership Manage the external SEO agency, keeping them informed of business goals, priorities, and needs. Manage the SEO & Editorial Team including the content writer and senior website coordinator, providing them with guidance and training on advanced SEO and content techniques and tools. Partner with the broader Urology marketing team on campaigns, PR, link building and other initiatives. Skills For Success Strategic Mindset: Ability to build and execute a long-term SEO content strategy that aligns with business goals. Analytical Strength: Skilled in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions based on performance metrics. Content Expertise: Strong writing and editing abilities, with a knack for creating engaging, keyword-optimized content. Technical Awareness: Understanding of how site structure, technical SEO, and user experience impact rankings. Collaboration: Works well across teams — from marketing to product to development — to execute integrated strategies. Adaptability: Stays ahead of SEO algorithm changes, industry trends, and evolving best practices. Required Qualifications (Must-Have) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a hands-on, SEO-focused content marketing position. Proven track record of delivering successful SEO strategies aimed at growing organic traffic, driving leads, and improving keyword rankings. Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and readability. Proficiency with SEO tools such SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. What Aeroflow Offers Competitive Pay, Health Plans with
