The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing compelling digital campaigns to promote our client's products or services. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical know-how, and data-driven thinking – driving brand growth through web, email, social, and mobile platforms. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who brings a strong blend of marketing strategy, UI/UX understanding, and Shopify website management. This role requires someone who can: Build and execute compelling digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social Edit and optimize Shopify product descriptions, collections, homepage layouts, and digital assets Update and manage the Shopify backend, including creating and publishing new pages as needed (landing pages, promo pages, etc.) Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure the site is user-friendly, conversion-driven, and visually aligned with brand identity Collaborate with creative and development teams to improve overall site functionality and customer experience Design and implement app banners, push notifications, and homepage graphics (must be proficient in design tools—no Canva) Monitor campaign and site performance through analytics, and make recommendations for improvement Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, build, and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns across the web, social media, email, and app platforms. Partner with design, product, and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and timelines. Shopify Platform Management Update homepage banners, product merchandising, and landing pages within Shopify. Work with developers/designers to execute seasonal updates and new product drops. Email Marketing Design & Deployment Design and create high-performing newsletters using tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Write on-brand copy, design engaging layouts, and run A/B tests to improve open and clickthrough rates. Segment lists and schedule campaigns for optimal engagement and conversion. Design promotional banners and hero images for the mobile app and website. Ensure all assets are responsive, on-brand, and optimized for mobile and desktop. App Push Notifications Create and schedule push notifications that are engaging, on-brand, and strategic. Use tools like OneSignal or app-native platforms to send, test, and analyze performance. Align push campaigns with launches, promos, or key moments to drive engagement. Social & Content Support Assist in creating visual content for social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Stories). Partner with creative teams for asset direction and campaign execution. SEO & Paid Ads Assist with SEO strategy (keywords, meta tags, blog content). Help manage SEM efforts, including Google Ads and Meta paid campaigns. Analytics & Reporting Monitor key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and Klaviyo dashboards. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve performance. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Communicates effectively across verbal, written, and interpersonal channels to convey information clearly, collaborate with others, and support team alignment Knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, branding, packaging, advertising, and multimedia design Professional Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (no Canva) Copywriting: Engaging copy for email, push, banners, and campaigns Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines Brand Aesthetic: Deep understanding of brand visuals, tone, and consistency across channels Ability to work independently Organized and detail-focused with task and time management, and in meeting deadlines Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field required Previous experience in digital marketing using computer-aided design, preferably with a focus on food and beverage branding or related design work Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design deliverables, including print materials, digital graphics, and branding elements Willingness to work onsite at the Los Angeles, CA office full-time, 5 days/week Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing may be required Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures Additional Information
