Role Description
Strategic Planning Develop, maintain, and execute the Marketing Calendar for all four dealership locations, incorporating: Social media campaigns and daily/weekly posts Dealership events and community engagement initiatives Email marketing campaigns and newsletters Event & Promotion Management Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events at each location from concept to completion. Create and manage special promotions and monthly offers to drive traffic and sales to all departments. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Oversee and grow the e-commerce affiliate program, ensuring partners are aligned and driving measurable sales. Stay current with innovative digital marketing practices, adopting new tools and tactics to maximize ROI. Manage online presence across all channels, ensuring accurate and engaging content. Manage relationships and contracts with two external marketing agencies, ensuring performance aligns with dealership goals. Coordinate and oversee photographers/videographers for content creation, ensuring brand consistency across platforms. Reporting & Analytics Provide monthly marketing performance reports to executive leadership, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, ROI, and actionable recommendations. Brand Management & Reputation Ensure consistent use of brand identity, voice, and messaging across all locations and platforms. Monitor and manage Google Reviews, social media engagement, and community feedback, working with store managers to protect and grow reputation. Budget & ROI Management Oversee the annual marketing budget across locations. Track spend by channel (digital ads, print, events, sponsorships) and ensure campaigns deliver targeted ROI. Customer Engagement & Loyalty Program Management Work with sales teams to develop customer retention programs such as loyalty offers, referral incentives, and post-sale follow-up campaigns. Integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems to improve lead nurturing and pipeline support. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Regularly analyze local market trends, seasonal opportunities, and competitor activity. Identify new growth opportunities, including financing promotions, new product launches, and seasonal service campaigns. Internal Communication & Training Provide marketing toolkits and resources to store managers and sales teams for consistent campaign execution. Share campaign updates and best practices with staff to increase engagement and alignment. Community & Partnership Development Build relationships with local businesses, riding clubs, and influencers for cross-promotions and collaborations. Pursue sponsorships and local partnerships to increase visibility and strengthen community presence. Qualifications
