Overview BVRG is hiring a

Brand Activation Manager (BAM)

in New York City to represent two powerhouse water brands —

Essentia Water , the pioneer of Overachieving H2O, and

Maison Perrier , the iconic sparkling water brand redefining refreshment for a new generation. This role is about more than visibility; it’s about strategically building each brand’s presence across the city’s most influential on-premise and cultural channels. We’re looking for someone deeply connected to the NYC on-premise and cultural scene, with proven experience in luxury or premium beverage, spirits, or hospitality. The right candidate can translate marketing strategies into high-impact, on-the-ground execution for both brands. Creativity, influence, and trend-spotting are a must, along with the ability to balance strategic thinking and flawless tactical execution.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $92,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Account Management (35%)

— Develop and strengthen partnerships with top NYC on-premise accounts and industry tastemakers,

particularly within premium accounts where brand positioning and guest experience are paramount . Drive menu placements, staff trainings, and hydration strategies that reinforce Essentia’s premium positioning. Execute programs that elevate the brand in competitive environments while managing budgets to ensure all activations ladder up to overarching brand objectives.

Field Marketing Activation (30%)

— Identify and lead cultural activations across fashion, beauty, design and high-intensity physical fitness, the Essentia and Maison Perrier brand pillars with a focus on premium experiences that reflect the brands’ premium positioning. Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless consumer experiences. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify the brands’ messaging. Deliver content and social moments that resonate with trendsetting NYC audiences and generate authentic brand love through memorable, high-quality activations.

Route to Market Alignment (15%)

— Partner with distributor and bottler sales teams to expand distribution and accelerate volume growth. Lead training and incentive programs with stakeholders to ensure Essentia’s competitive edge. Serve as the market expert and trusted advisor for both distributors and customers.

Communication & Reporting (20%)

— Lean on strong organizational skills and attention to detail to provide consistent and accurate updates with KPI tracking, insights, and expense management. Maintain strong cross-functional communication and collaboration with internal teams.

What You Bring You bring 3+ years of experience in premium beverage or hospitality sales, along with a strong NYC network in fashion, beauty, design and / or high-intensity athletics. You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and bring prior experience representing premium brands, ensuring every consumer touchpoint meets elevated standards. You have a strategic mindset with passion for marketing, events, and brand building, paired with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills. You are tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office, Slack, and social platforms, flexible to work nights and weekends, and based in New York City.
