About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist (or Demand Generation Specialist) to drive our internal digital acquisition and lead generation efforts. You will own and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Adwords), Bing, social media platforms, and outbound email, leveraging data-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads and fuel business growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires both analytical rigor and creative thinking. Key Responsibilities
Paid Search & Social Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and major social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy development. Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition targets (CPA, ROAS, LTV:CAC). Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and messaging to improve performance. Ability to leverage AI tools for A/B testing, creative optimization, and reporting (e.g., Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+ campaigns). Design and execute outbound email campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, or HubSpot. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and internal databases. Track and analyze outreach performance, iterating on messaging and tactics. Knowledge of AI-powered email marketing platforms and chatbots for outbound campaigns. Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders. Analyze trends, surface insights, and recommend optimizations. Experience with AI-enhanced analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot AI features). Work closely with creative, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies. Support post-lead engagement, including follow-ups and nurturing sequences. Maintain clean records and activity logs in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices. Test and implement new tools, channels, and strategies to drive incremental growth. Experience using AI-based solutions for audience segmentation, personalization, and lead scoring. Understanding of how machine learning models impact paid media performance and attribution. Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Adwords) and paid campaigns across search engines and social media. Proven track record of running successful digital outbound/email campaigns for lead generation. Strong analytical skills; fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and able to derive actionable insights from data. Experience with campaign management and reporting tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Deep understanding of SEM bidding models, attribution, and optimization tactics. Experience managing toward acquisition and efficiency metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV:CAC). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Based in the US, Canada, or UK. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms (e.g., AI-driven bidding algorithms, automated campaign optimization, predictive analytics). Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications (Preferred, not required)

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and organic search strategies. Experience with SQL, Python, or other data processing scripts.
