Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Be a team player and support the team to get the job done. Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products.
