Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you\'re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find exactly what they\'re looking for. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between roles on the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and support store operations. Adhere to AEO\'s policies and procedures with integrity. Qualifications
Great interpersonal skills and a genuine love for interacting with people. Energetic, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work during peak shopping times (evenings, weekends, holidays). Passion for AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred; #practicemakesperfect. Minimum age of 16 years.
