Overview
The Freeman School of Business at Tulane University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure system faculty position in Management Communications, part of the Business and Legal Studies Area. The appointment, at the rank of Professor, Professor of Practice, or Lecturer, may be for one, two, or three years, beginning July 1, 2026. Salary, teaching load, and benefits are competitive with other major research institutions. Hiring is subject to final budgetary approval by the University. Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses with an experiential learning focus, including audience analysis, persuasion and influence, strategy and structure, data storytelling, executive presence, interpersonal dynamics, and managerial writing. Remain active in the field through professional and scholarly activities; engage in service to the Freeman School and Tulane University. Qualifications
Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Professional practice in leadership and persuasive communications, communication skills training, and/or interpersonal dynamics facilitation. Additional Information
