Designers support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers. They welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales to meet department and store goals. Responsibilities
Interact with customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up measures, and reviewing room designs with purchasing recommendations. Assist with kitchen/bath measurements and design discussions with customers. Assess and restock stock levels of samples and brochures as necessary. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. Support department goals by contributing to store priorities and sales. Compensation and Benefits
