Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot supports three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, and meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these three priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the store and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs. Provide showroom tours and arrange kitchen and/or bath measurements. Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary to support In Stock. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment to support Store Appearance. Drive sales by supporting department and store goals through the three priorities.
