Dr. Groot , through experimenting with new tactics and strategies, grounded in data, and creative in approach to grow a fan base for our brands. Responsibilities: Support with the day-to-day execution of plans to execute social media marketing strategies, inclusive of campaign objectives, KPIs, targeting that will drive earned media value for a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands. Ideate, film, edit and deliver engaging content using in-app features and tools, with comfortability being the on-camera talent and speaking to camera as needed Community manage across social channels, responding to all owned posts (mentions, comments, and DMs) and earned posts (paid influencers, UGC, key talents) while flagging trends for engagement Assist in managing influencer marketing platforms, including campaign set up and content uploads to performance tracking platform Support influencer gifting operations, including invoice management, pack-out instructions, inventory oversight, supply sourcing, and cross-functional coordination Assist with writing briefs for UGC creators & paid influencers Collaborate closely with owned social team, PR, paid marketing, and brand teams Maintain a high level of interest and develop a strong understanding of current and emerging trends in beauty and personal care space Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Communications or Advertising from an accredited college Minimum 2 years of experience in social, preferably in beauty or personal care space Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, detailed, and organized Experience with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Strong eye for aesthetics (visual, copy and feed curation, UGC/influencers, etc.) Experience with image/video editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.) Ability to work well with cross functional partners with little oversight Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation Active on social media and have a portfolio Eligible for benefits as of date of hire (health, dental, vision, life and other voluntary programs) You are immediately vested in LG H&H’s matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan.
