Own the social strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms that fit our audience Build and maintain a 30, 60, and 90 day content calendar with clear pillars and themes Produce content end to end: concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, posting, and community management Capture on-site content at classes, brand activations, and night markets, including evenings and some weekends Plan and run Lives, UGC programs, and influencer collaborations, including outreach, gifting, and tracking Write captions that convert and match our voice. Manage comments and DMs with SLA targets Report weekly on results. Track views, reach, saves, CTR, conversions, and CAC where applicable Coordinate with our events, operations, and sales teams so launches and promos have strong social support Maintain an asset library, brand guidelines, and a simple approvals process Support TikTok Shop and social commerce: product pages, shoppable posts, and Live selling support What You Bring
Two to four years managing social for a consumer brand or agency A portfolio with short-form video that shows clear ideas, strong hooks, and retention Fluency in Reels and TikTok features. Confident with CapCut or Adobe Premiere. Comfortable with Lightroom or Canva Excellent copywriting and on-camera presence. You can host Lives and coach talent Strong organization and follow through. You hit calendars and publish on time Nice to have: experience in food or hospitality, basic paid social knowledge, understanding of Asian food culture What Success Looks Like In The First 90 Days
Deliver a social audit and a simple strategy with three to five content pillars Ship a 30 day calendar and publish daily or near daily across core channels Launch a lightweight influencer seeding program with ten creators and clear tracking Cover at least three live events with real-time posting and next-day recaps Improve baseline engagement and reach by double digits, reported weekly Working Hours
MUST be flexible to work for nights and weekends during events On-site content capture is required. Salary
$20-25/hour with room to grow as we work together.
