Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Execution
Assist in implementing marketing plans for events, webinars, membership drives, and educational programs.
Draft and edit marketing copy for emails, digital ads, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Coordinate content development and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure timely and aligned communications across channels.
Digital Platform Management
Manage email platforms, website updates, social media scheduling, and mobile app content.
Produce and distribute weekly newsletters and other digital communications.
Monitor engagement metrics and assist in reporting campaign performance.
Recommend improvements to increase digital reach and user engagement.
Collaborate with external vendors to produce creative assets, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and deadlines.
Maintain an organized library of marketing assets for reuse in campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., events, business development, communications) to align messaging and marketing strategy.
Assist in tracking campaign analytics and identifying trends.
Stay current on marketing best practices and share new ideas to enhance engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably within an association, agency, or mission-driven organization.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Experience managing design projects and working with creative vendors.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Strong collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
