Overview
The Music Department of Colby College in Waterville, Maine invites applications for an Applied Music Instructor in Piano/Collaborative Pianist (one year, part-time, renewable) beginning fall semester 2025. The successful candidate will have experience in collaborative performance and teaching piano at all levels.
Responsibilities
Teach weekly individual applied piano lessons.
Cover some of the collaborative piano needs, rehearsing and performing with students.
Employment details
Part-time position (no benefits), suitable for pianists who have other work commitments in the area.
Review of applicants will begin immediately; applications will be accepted until May 12.
One-year appointment, renewable.
