Apogee Solutions, Inc . Apogee Solutions is seeking a Strategic Communication Analyst to support the United States Air Force’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Training and Readiness at the Pentagon. Qualified candidates must have a Secret clearance. The Strategic Communications Analyst assists in overall strategic messaging and development for Air Force readiness, as well as organizational and interpersonal communications. The Training and Readiness Directorate is the Air Staff’s focal point to assist, orchestrate, and implement readiness analysis actions for current and future operations across the Air Force, including weapons system sustainment, operational training infrastructure, critical skills personnel shortages, flying hour analysis, and deployment ratios. Key Responsibilities: Provide advisory and direct support to AF/A3TR to assist in gathering, sustaining, delivering, and executing charter and implementation plan deliverables, including review findings, implementing guidance to the office of primary responsibility (OPR), and providing recommendations to Air Force leadership on the Air Force Readiness Review guidance. Assist in communicating assignments and suspense actions to staff, track actions, and help craft or complete staff products. Draft informational briefings and executive reports containing cost-effective, risk-acceptable countermeasures. Plan and manage readiness deliverables, strategic messaging, and review courses of action with offices of primary responsibility, providing short-, mid-, and long-term recommendations. Interpret questions from AF, JS, OSD, and Congress regarding Air Force readiness, delivering actionable studies, analysis products, and conclusions. Provide research materials, prepare briefing books, talking papers, analyses, and presentation materials in support of AF/A3. Support briefings, conferences, and demonstrations on the AF Readiness Enterprise, including analysis of readiness reports from the DRRS on AF units, personnel, force structure, funding, logistics, equipment, training, and operational interactions. Assist with knowledge management actions, protocols, and SharePoint activities. Contribute to the development and maintenance of content management governance processes. Support the development and execution of the Training and Readiness Management Group and Board forums, Readiness Working Group Forums, and strategic communications for readiness across the Air Force. Assist in maintaining an active database for workflow management to facilitate task management and continuous workflow processes. Required Experience: Active DOD Secret Clearance Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in Air Force operations related to business process definition, modeling, and information system schemes Extensive knowledge of Air Force operations, including at least 3 years supporting Air Staff or equivalent strategic level Working knowledge of readiness reporting and analysis of programs and information systems At least 1 year of experience with DRRS Familiarity with Air Force organizations, processes, and stakeholder integration Seniority level
