We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to run and scale our email marketing and outbound programs. In this role, you’ll drive new business opportunities through strategic cold outbound campaigns, engagement optimization, and lifecycle marketing to nurture both potential and current customers. This isn’t a spray-and-pray email system—we focus on creating meaningful content touchpoints with our valued prospects, clients, and industry influencers. You will have the freedom to experiment, be creative, and innovate.
Responsibilities include:
Build and maintain clean, segmented, high-quality email lists
Coordinate with content, product, and research teams to gather email content
Create personalized email sequences for different prospect segments and buyer journeys
Manage the email calendar across product updates, campaigns, webinars, and research
Analyze campaign performance and iterate on messaging, timing, and targeting
Test and scale new outbound experiments (e.g., direct mail, LinkedIn outreach, enrichment tools)
This role requires working out of our Salt Lake City office four days per week.

At least 2 years of experience in a role focused on email outreach
Experience with cold outbound platforms like Instantly.ai, Smartlead, or similar tools
Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, HubSpot, or Marketo
Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator
Knowledge of email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance best practices
Experience marketing SaaS products to technical audiences
