Marketing & Social Media Specialists

to strengthen our brand presence, engage audiences, and drive measurable results across multiple platforms. Role Overview

As a

Marketing & Social Media Specialist , you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing SayPro’s

marketing campaigns and social media strategy . You will be responsible for

building brand awareness, generating leads, increasing engagement, and optimizing digital campaigns

to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Plan, execute, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns

Align marketing strategies with SayPro’s organizational goals

Social Media Management Manage SayPro’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

Develop and publish engaging posts, stories, videos, and campaigns

Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions

Content Creation & Branding Create compelling marketing content including blogs, visuals, graphics, and promotional materials

Maintain brand identity consistency across all communication channels

Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance, social media metrics, and website traffic

Provide insights and recommendations for optimization

Community Engagement Build and nurture online communities to enhance SayPro’s reach and reputation

Coordinate with influencers, partners, and collaborators to boost visibility

Advertising & Paid Media Manage paid social media advertising, PPC campaigns, and sponsored content

Optimize ad spend and maximize ROI

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree/Diploma in

Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

Proven experience in

digital marketing and social media management

Proficiency in

content creation tools

(Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools, etc.)

Strong understanding of

SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising

Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
