Digital Media Coordinator

to support our marketing team in building a strong digital presence for our four IMI Companies (icon Mechanical, iENG Design, eagle Controls and iSuite). This role involves managing and creating engaging content across our companies’ websites, various social media platforms, promoting brand awareness, and supporting business development initiatives through strategic digital storytelling. Our ideal candidate understands the unique tone and audience of the A/E/C industry, and can communicate our values, projects, and company culture in an authentic and impactful way. Primary responsibilities

Developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Creating and publishing compelling multimedia content (posts, stories, reels, carousels) aligned with marketing campaigns and project milestones. Designing visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; capturing and editing on-site content to showcase projects, team culture, and events. Collaborating with internal teams to produce website content including project pages, blog posts, and bios, ensuring alignment with branding and SEO best practices. Monitoring and engaging with online audiences, managing follower growth, and executing paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn. Tracking performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite; delivering monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels. Supporting community-building efforts through authentic engagement and timely content updates. Primary qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the construction, real estate, or A/E/C industry. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media platforms. Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and data analytics platforms. Familiarity with SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Concrete) is a plus. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. What we’re looking for
