Responsibilities
Analyze,monitor, interpret, and report on marketing and sales performance Manage internal systems and ensure all data and information is complete and accurate Translate our vision and business goalsinto KPIs with a well-defined digital marketing strategy Manage and utilize our CRMand marketing automation platforms with a focus on data Log prospects and setup drip campaigns for continuous engagement Builddigital measurement KPIs for targeting, tracking, and evaluating investments to maximizeROI Assist with SEO, Google Ads, retargeting, and other digital channelsto increase conversions Create content and digitalmarketing campaigns viablogs, press releases,social media, and more Collaborate with leadership to identify and solve problems that support corporate initiatives Assist sales teams with activities topromote products and grow SaaS subscriptions Oversee partnerships and help sourcenew partners and technologies Optimizeinternal processes and improve branding and marketing program initiatives Attend conferences and high profile client meetings and prepare relevant materials and reports Help manage the company's public image and assist with media relations Learn new skills, pursue new opportunities, and perform other dutiesas assigned Be a brand ambassador and supportthe customer-centric focus ofour team 2+ years of experience with data management and digital marketing systems Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field (Marketing, Journalism or Communications) Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying new trends and opportunities Agile capabilities formitigating risk andadjusting to rapid changes Solid knowledge and experience with SEO and digital marketing tools/channels Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills Creative thinkingwith the ability to use both data and intuition to form decisions Strong relationship-building chops, with a keen focus on customer satisfaction A team player who's detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has a "chill" attitude Clear passionand a desire to grow with a dynamic company FUN! Microsoft Excel – advanced experience Salesforce CRM – strong experience Marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Customer.io, etc.) SEO tools(such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Digital marketing tools (such as Google Ads, AdRoll, etc.) Extra credit: hands-on experience with subscription-based marketing or e-Commerce software Big bonus: experience with demand generation and inbound or content marketing What We Offer (for FTE)
