This position reports to: Senior HR Business Partner In this role, you will develop and implement people strategies by executing HR processes. You'll support a specific team or location, partnering with managers to provide HR support, represent HR in the business, and build strong relationships with leaders and employees. The role provides HR Business Partner support for the US Drives Site, primarily for the US High Power division, covering approximately 40 managers and over 200 employees located in New Berlin, WI, Houston, TX, and Greenville, SC. The work model is onsite at our New Berlin, WI facility. Key responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive HRBP support for the Motion Division's High Power employees, including employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management. Supporting the business and executing HR processes across the employee lifecycle, adding value through strategic approach and execution. Partnering with managers to develop and implement people strategies. Facilitating change management initiatives and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications: BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree. 10+ years in human resources, with HRBP experience in manufacturing preferred. Experience with mergers & acquisitions and organizational change. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Workday preferred. Must have work authorization for employment in the US.
