Description We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day management of Fluence’s social media channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives engagement and growth. You'll be the voice of our brand, creating compelling content, fostering community, and staying on top of the latest trends in the Web3 and DePIN space.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a content strategy to drive engagement and results across our social platforms. Ideate, schedule, and publish visually stunning content, including tweets, posts, and short-form videos.

Community Management: Manage daily social interactions by responding promptly to comments and messages. Build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to cultivate a loyal and engaged community.

Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and optimizing strategies based on data.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and DePIN-related topics. Create timely content that resonates with our audience.

Expand Content Formats: Explore and establish new content formats, such as blogs, newsletters, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes posts.

Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a professional and engaging presence across all platforms, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment.

Web3 Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Web3 and blockchain industry.

Copywriting: Exceptional creative copywriting skills, especially for short-form content.

Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian.

Platform Expertise: Understanding of platform-specific strategies for key channels like Twitter and Telegram.

Analytics: Proficiency with social media analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Communication: Excellent communication, punctuality, and a high level of responsiveness.

Bonus Points

A good eye for design and experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

A basic understanding of SEO or a willingness to learn.

A solutions-oriented mindset and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
