Base pay range: $89,496.00/yr - $111,870.00/yr. The range may vary by location and is determined during the interview process based on experience, skills, and scope of the position.

Position Summary The Associate Brand Manager will assist in the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans for Jameson Irish Whiskey. The role offers leadership opportunities and ownership in general management, brand program creation, innovation, execution of key initiatives, coordinating brand content, supporting financial accountability and P&L analysis, and regular business performance analyses. The ideal candidate has proven brand management experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for the beverage industry. This is a fast-paced, high-performing team environment.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Keep a pulse on the state of the business across key performance trackers to provide insights and watchouts that inform execution.

Serve as day-to-day support to the Senior Brand Manager on brand deliverables: Brand Annual Operating Plan, P&L, trade engagement, owned platform support, A&P spend guidelines, and internal engagement plans.

Support the development of long-term brand innovation plans with Innovation Hub, including launch, content, and budget planning.

Support Jameson’s commercial execution across On- and Off-Premise channels with the Channel Trade Marketing team.

Assist in developing national programs/strategies with flexibility for local adaptation; deliver brand digital strategy and media engagement plans.

Coordinate with the Creative Content Manager to produce brand assets for always-on and key campaigns.

Assist with financial accountability and P&L analysis through management of vendor POs and A&P budget tracking.

Support the development and execution of Jameson’s multicultural and inclusion strategy.

Monitor traditional and digital media strategies, trends, demand opportunities, occasions, and brand perceptions.

General Brand Management: support strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to drive communication strategy and platform expansions from concept to shelf.

Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams (Consumer Insights, Finance, BP&A, Innovation Hub, Marketing Accelerator, E-Commerce, Channel Teams, Field Sales) to drive the communication strategy and execution that maximize business results.

Support creation of brand assets (ATL and BTL) for always-on and campaign periods.

Support the Innovation Hub in developing and launching Jameson’s innovation pipeline.

Collaborate with Consumer Insights on research programs to ensure marketing programs meet KPIs and continuously improve programming.

Lead analysis and reporting of market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and inform planning; track weekly/monthly performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, shopper, marketing highlights).

Support ROI analysis and budget tracking through management of vendor POs and A&P budgets.

Demonstrate entrepreneurial, results-driven behaviors with a pilot/learn/scale approach; manage multiple projects and deadlines; effective cross-functional leadership and communication.

Required Skills / Competencies

3+ years of marketing experience in strategy/brand development, including brand positioning and marketing activities (digital/social and retail).

Entrepreneurial, innovative mindset; flexible and agile.

Financial/business acumen; proficient in Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication; strong time-management skills.

Thoroughness, creativity, interpersonal awareness, relationship management and influencing skills.

Strong problem-solving ability and multitasking capability.

Ability to communicate effectively and present to executives; spirits industry experience not required.

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing; MBA preferred.

Approximately 25% travel to field locations.
