It’s a mindset, feeling and attitude we wrap around all that we do – from taking charge of our careers, to helping colleagues and lending a hand in the community.**Position Description:**Develops and executes marketing and advertising initiatives that build brand awareness, support business growth, and align with organizational objectives, while ensuring consistent, compelling brand messaging across all platforms.**Primary Job Responsibilities:*** Partners with cross-functional teams, including leadership, creative, communications, and sales, to support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives.* Assists with budget planning, tracking, and reporting; analyzes outcomes to inform future strategies.* Identifies and evaluates new opportunities and channels (sponsorships, partnerships, digital, and traditional media) to expand audience reach.* Collaborates with creative services and communications teams to produce high-quality marketing content, collateral, and graphics.* Manages relationships with external vendors, creative agencies, and media partners.* Assists with planning and maintenance of organization’s digital properties, including corporate website(s).* Tracks and analyzes campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics; prepares reports and recommends optimizations.* Contributes to the organization’s social media strategy, including campaign development, content creation, and community engagement.* Monitors market research and industry trends to inform innovative marketing approaches.* Works with the sales team and maintains up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, especially as they relate to marketing messaging and consumer education.Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.#LI-Hybrid**Minimum Requirements:**Position requires a bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications or a related field and three years of experience in marketing, public relations, corporate communications or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
