Role Description
You'll redefine how humans create with AI. You'll shape the product's UX/UI, establish a consistent design language, and craft intuitive frameworks that make human–AI co-creation simple, powerful, and delightful. What you'll do
Partner with founders and engineers to design and launch features that redefine human–AI creation. Design and iterate on UI/UX frameworks that make co-creation intuitive, accessible, and delightful. Create user flows and high-fidelity mockups, collaborating closely with engineering to ensure seamless execution. Establish scalable design processes that maintain the highest quality standards. Map user journeys, simplify complex workflows, and validate decisions with user research and testing. Collaborate with brand/graphic design to unify product experience with brand identity across touchpoints. Qualifications
You might be a good fit if you: Have led or co-led the design of an AI product, owning it end-to-end from concept to launch. Have a portfolio that shows exceptional taste, creativity, and products loved by real users. Thrive in fast-moving teams, bringing independence and speed without compromising quality. Distil complex user journeys into simple, elegant, and intuitive flows. Are meticulous about details, fluent in design systems, and strong in prototyping and visual communication.
