Regional Marketing Specialist DACH role at Peblar. Peblar by Prodrive Technologies aims to accelerate EV adoption by providing reliable charging solutions. This role is remote, ideally based in the DACH region or within a compatible EU time zone. You will work to localize campaigns, execute events, support sales teams, and grow brand visibility in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will collaborate daily with the local sales team and work closely with central marketing to adapt and execute initiatives that resonate in the DACH region. The role requires a mix of creativity, coordination, and commercial awareness. You will manage trade shows, sales tools, social content, and co-host webinars with partners to drive awareness, trust, and sales impact in the region. Responsibilities

Sales enablement & ABM support:

Collaborate with the local sales team to create or adapt tools that support key opportunities (e.g., business cases, regional one-pagers, pitch decks). Partner collaboration:

Initiate and manage co-marketing activities with distributors and backend partners, including regional webinars, testimonials, and shared content initiatives. Content localization & quality control:

Ensure all marketing materials used in DACH are correctly translated, brand-aligned, and stored in an organized local content repository. Local campaigns & social media:

Work with the central marketing team to increase Peblar’s visibility in the region through LinkedIn, Instagram, and regional digital campaigns. Event coordination & brand activation:

Plan and manage local events including trade shows, installer trainings, and distributor-led events. Handle demos, brand materials, on-site coordination, and capture visual content for marketing use. Media & awareness building:

Support localized brand efforts through PR outreach, presence in specialized magazines, online directories, or targeted digital ads. Profile / Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communications or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B or B2B2C context. Native German speaker with excellent English (written and spoken). Based in the DACH region or a nearby EU country and comfortable working in a remote-first setup. Strong communicator who builds trust and enthusiasm with partners, colleagues, and local stakeholders. Proactive and self-starting: you spot opportunities and own execution end-to-end. Structured and organized: you can juggle multiple events, campaigns, and content requests. Nice to have

Knowledge of the e-mobility, sustainability, or energy industries. Experience using marketing tools like HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics. Visual skills: photography, video editing, Canva, or basic design. Employment
