Paid Media Specialist
to generate qualified traffic to Salomon.com and support the acceleration of our ecommerce business. The Paid Media Specialist will ensure paid social and display campaigns are executed flawlessly across US and Canada and support the development of the social and display strategy across Growth Marketing, Ecommerce, and Brand functions. Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize all paid digital campaigns from conception to launch on paid social by aligning consumer profiles, online behaviors and interests to applicable audiences to reach direct response KPIs and current business needs. Support the planning and optimization of display and video networks. Leverage platform pixels to track, measure, audit, and analyze campaign success, using performance signals to inform continuous optimizations. Effectively manage campaign expenses by pacing to budget and estimating weekly costs. Set up, organize, and troubleshoot product catalogs in feed management tool and in dynamic campaigns. Brief local and creative teams on asset needs to ensure creative best practices are upheld across platforms. Drive paid social and display innovation within the team – identify testing opportunities, spearhead new betas, keep abreast of market trends and developments from new and existing platforms. Develop and deliver reports to internal stakeholders at agreed upon intervals (weekly, monthly, etc), demonstrating channel, audience and creative-based value in delivering KPIs. Maintain and develop strong professional relationships internally (cross departments) and externally (media vendors). Define & execute lead acquisition strategy across paid platforms in NAM in close collaboration with our Acquisition Specialist. Required Experience:
1-2+ years of experience with executing paid social campaigns. Agency experience is a plus. Education:
B.S. in Marketing or related field. Skills:
Hands-on bid-based buying and optimization. Industry certifications such as Meta, TikTok Ads Academy. Operational knowledge of Meta, DV360, Campaign Manager and other DSPs. CTV, DOOH experience a plus. KPI tracking, analysis, reporting (attribution) using tools such as Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Attention to detail, especially during complex campaign executions, with outstanding follow-through, organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and communicate with multiple teams and levels. Understand and integrate the needs of internal/external stakeholders to respond adequately in line with the interest of the company. Demonstrate passion and personal investment to develop our brands and products. Available to work occasionally on evenings and weekends to peak commercial periods (ex: Black Friday). Respect corporate values and the duty of confidentiality. Ability to work as a team member and to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer
