We’re looking for

Community Outreach Representatives

to join our growing team and support impactful nonprofit causes through direct, face-to-face engagement across the

Fresno area . In this

entry-level outreach role , you’ll be the public face of respected nonprofit organizations—educating, inspiring, and mobilizing the community around meaningful missions. If you’re outgoing, purpose-driven, and excited to start a career in

nonprofit outreach, communications , or

public engagement , we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit partners at

community events, outreach sites , and public spaces Engage with the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support Clearly and enthusiastically communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives Collaborate with team members to achieve daily

fundraising and outreach goals Help manage outreach displays, branded materials, and event setup/teardown Track community interactions and gather feedback to help improve future campaigns Participate in team meetings and training on

communication, leadership

and

advocacy strategies What We’re Looking For

Strong

communication and interpersonal

skills A genuine passion for helping others and creating social impact Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn High school diploma or equivalent

(some college is a plus) Must be

18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. No experience required
