Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Demonstrate teamwork and support teammates to get the job done. Uphold integrity by following AEO policies and procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.
