Onsite or hybrid/ Instructional Designer II/Articulate/ eLearning modules, guides, slide decks
31303 $45.00 an hour W2 contract + 5 PTO days
Start Date:
12/8/2025 Length of Initial Contract: Six Months Location/Site: US-IL-Lake County (AP34, 1 N Waukegan Road) Remote: 100% Onsite or Hybrid Onsite Schedule: Hybrid, three days in the office. Daily Work Schedule Expectations: 8am-4pm Top 3 – 5 Skills Needed for each role: Ability to create learning resources efficiently (eLearning modules, guides, slide decks, etc) Strong written communication skills Project management skills – ability to track and bring to completion multiple simultaneous projects Knowledge and experience of Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring software Travel Required: No Instructional Designer II Design learning solutions that close knowledge and skill gaps and that improve individual and organizational performance. Build training resources in support of process and system changes and skill development workshops. Design and develop eLearning courses, slide decks, participant guides, learning activities, newsletter issues, and other similar learning resources. Partner with subject matter experts to build training materials and update existing eLearning. Lead instructional design projects with stakeholders to completion. Maintain our eLearning library, updating courses as needed in our learning management system. Support the facilitation of live courses.
Education:
BA/BS required.
Experience:
3-5 years of training/instructional design or related experience. Experience with Articulate 360 or similar learning design software. Key Competencies Required:
Knowledge of learning design principles, Strong communication skills, Excellent project management capabilities, strong conceptual abilities, and strong team. Company Description
