You are a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and to make their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find exactly what they’re looking for. We’ll teach you the model. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AE loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Be a team player and support your team to get the job done. Uphold integrity by adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures. Qualifications
You love interacting with people and are full of energy. You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays). Actual starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and REAL rewards at AEO’s discretion.
