We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and technical solutions. They are seeking a Marketing & Digital Branding Lead to drive brand growth, strengthen digital presence, and deliver measurable impact through integrated marketing strategies. Role Summary The Marketing & Digital Branding Lead oversees content-driven initiatives that amplify brand voice, increase audience engagement, and support sales growth. This includes planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital channels, social media, content, events, and trade shows. The ideal candidate is strategic and hands-on, with strong project management skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to translate technical product knowledge into compelling digital marketing assets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Branding Develop and execute integrated campaigns across paid/organic social, content, email, and landing pages. Evaluate competitor strategies, market gaps, and ROI across digital channels. Track digital and industry trends to refine content and branding strategies. Partner with leadership to set and achieve annual marketing goals. Define how the website supports business goals (lead generation, brand awareness, e-commerce). Manage SEO, UX, and conversion optimization. Monitor KPIs via Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools. Oversee campaign measurement plans, A/B testing, and adjustments. Content & Campaign Development Create and oversee content including landing pages, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Translate technical product features into compelling customer-facing assets. Coordinate internal and external resources for campaigns and projects. Events & Engagement Support planning of customer visits and training events. Research and coordinate trade shows aligned with business objectives. Oversee registration, logistics, and marketing deliverables for events. Represent the company in presentations to internal and external audiences. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. (Required) Experience: 5+ years leading successful marketing and branding campaigns (strategy + execution). (Required) 3+ years marketing experience in manufacturing, automotive, or technical industries. (Required) B2B marketing background preferred. Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO, paid media, and analytics. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Buffer, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and social media tools. Experience with WordPress, campaign building, and SEO best practices. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven content creation and copywriting ability. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams. Interpersonal Strengths: Professional communicator able to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Collaborative team player who adapts quickly to changing priorities.
