Job Category : Sales, Marketing & Product Management Position Summary : We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the product launch process for Bridgestone & Firestone tires within the Consumer Replacement business. Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end product marketing work plan for all Bridgestone & Firestone tire launches. Facilitate regular status meetings with internal stakeholders and external agency partners. Represent Product Marketing in Launch Milestone Operations (LMO) meetings. Lead post-production deliverables for product launches. Collaborate with the Marketing COE to shape integrated digital media, influencer, and social strategies. Lead merchandising meetings to educate and empower Sales and Customer Support teammates. Partner with cross-functional teams in the execution of the Winter Driving School customer event. Support Motorcycle with new product launches. Support the Government Channel through tailored marketing efforts. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of experience, or Master’s Degree + 5 years of management or leadership experience. Agency experience required. Proven success in leading complex product launches with multiple stakeholders. Strong project management and communication skills. Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams. Demonstrates a bias for action, accountability, and ownership. Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities. Ability to manage through ambiguity and demonstrates an innovative approach to solving problems. Commitment to transparency and a disciplined approach to marketing and business.
