St. Bridget of Kildcare is hiring for a Communications Specialist. Job Responsibilities
Create combined parish's (St. Bridget of Kildare, St Mary of Perpetual Help and St. James Church weekly(Friday @ 3:00pm distribution) FLOCKNOTE Create / update combined parish's (St. Bridget of Kildare, St Mary of Perpetual Help and St. James Church weekly bulletin (due for submission every Wednesday by 10:00am) Manager all 3 parish site rentals: Gym, Gym Kitchen, SBK Cafe', church Manager PHOL (Parish Helper Online) for research and update of sacraments Answer office phones Answer door for deliveries and visitors Coordinate all funeral, wedding, and baptism sacraments. Enter in each parish' official record books Manage parish website(s) Create all flyers for each parish' activities / events Any other duties as assigned by the parish priest Job Requirements
