Event Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team in Austin. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and is a perfect role for recent grads, those with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, and/or PR who want to break into marketing and sales. Responsibilities
Represent brands at live events, pop-ups, and experiential activations Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that capture attention Interact with customers through immersive experiences, giveaways, and interactive displays Support event setup and breakdown to ensure seamless execution Collaborate with creative and operations teams to bring brand campaigns to life Assist in developing strategies to increase event traffic and customer engagement Collect feedback and insights from attendees to measure impact and improve future events Track event performance metrics and consistently hit campaign goals Contribute fresh ideas to enhance the customer journey and overall event experience Build relationships with customers, answer questions, and close sales Work with teammates in a high-energy, supportive, and competitive culture Qualifications
Up to 4 years of experience in marketing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or related fields Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in growing a long-term career in event marketing and sales Details
