Role Overview
We’re hiring a
Paid Social Manager
who’s obsessed with performance and knows how to turn data, content, and creative into client growth. You’ll lead strategy and execution for multiple brand accounts, owning budget, pacing, testing, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms. This role is not about sitting behind a dashboard. It’s about driving revenue, scaling campaigns profitably, and being a strategic partner to clients. You’ll work closely with our influencer and content teams to identify winning creatives and scale them effectively through paid channels. Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest Scale UGC and influencer content through creator whitelisting and branded campaigns Build, test, and optimize paid media funnels with clear performance goals Execute advanced strategies for bidding, budgeting, placements, and segmentation Identify winning creative and audience combinations and aggressively scale them Performance Optimization & Reporting
Manage budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+ per campaign across client accounts Hit client KPIs including ROAS, CAC, revenue, and MER targets Conduct ongoing testing across creative formats, messaging, hooks, and audiences Build and deliver client-facing reports, insights, and dashboards weekly Proactively identify performance risks and opportunities, with solutions ready Lead weekly check-ins and monthly reviews with clients Present clear performance narratives, test learnings, and strategic next steps Use data to influence and guide client decision-making Build trust with marketing leads, growth teams, and C-level stakeholders Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and paid media innovations Collaborate with influencer and creative teams to amplify high-performing content Support new business proposals with performance strategy insights Mentor junior media buyers and share best practices across the team Required Qualifications
5+ years
of hands-on media buying experience across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms Experience managing
$1M+ in annual ad spend
with clear performance accountability Proven track record hitting
ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets
in fast-paced environments Strong understanding of creator content and how to scale UGC through paid Fluent in platform tools (Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager) Strong analytical skills with
Excel , Looker Studio, or other data tools Excellent communicator—able to distill performance into client-ready insights Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail Experience working directly with clients and presenting to senior stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with
creator whitelisting , content licensing, and UGC strategies Knowledge of
attribution modeling , lift testing, and incrementality measurement Working knowledge of
SQL
or
BI tools
like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau Experience with
