This role promotes mental health recovery through a person-centered approach focusing on independence and integration. The position is responsible for delivering mental health assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for clients impacted by emotional/behavioral impairment and serious, persistent mental illness. Responsibilities
Complete client assessments and care plans that accurately reflect the client’s needs and ability to meet discharge criteria. Document timely, accurately, and in accordance with Agency policies utilizing current systems and practices. Provide progress reports to referral sources as needed for each individual client. Participate in treatment team meetings with others involved in the client treatment plan. Provide case management, skills training, and development as a primary intervention to all clients on caseload. Requirements
Minimum of a High School graduate or GED, or a bachelor’s degree for certain roles. A degree or further education in social services, psychology, or mental health preferred but not required. Prior experience in a direct service position involving collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, case management, evaluation, skill development, or advocacy preferred but not required. Benefits
Four-day (32 hour) work week. Make up to an additional $525 per week by participating in Mobile Crisis On-Call opportunities in eligible counties. Eligible for $150/month ($1,800 annually) in student loan repayment, available at hire. Multiple health plan options to fit your lifestyle. Employer paid HSA contributions. Mileage reimbursement.
