Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, discuss room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Interact with customers to assess kitchen and/or bath project needs and provide showroom tours. Set up measurements and meet with customers to review room designs and recommendations. Assess and restock stock levels of samples and brochures as needed. Maintain an appealing and safe showroom and displays aligned with store priorities. Contribute to achieving department and store goals through high-quality customer service and design guidance. Qualifications
