Mighty 8th About Mighty 8th Role Overview We’re seeking a
Digital Strategist
to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and guiding digital marketing strategies for our clients across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of digital media, consumer behavior, and performance-driven marketing. You’ll work closely with account managers, designers, and content creators to deliver campaigns that drive results. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals. Lead planning and execution across paid, earned, and owned channels, including social media, search, display, email, and content marketing. Conduct audience, market, and competitive research to uncover insights and opportunities. Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and brand voice. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms and provide actionable recommendations. Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to clients and the agency. Support new business development with strategic insights, campaign concepts, and presentations. Key Responsibilities: Manage Google products for the agency and clients (Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, YouTube) Google Ads including Paid Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max Tagging strategy and set up (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, GTM, and any other platform with API) Working in tandem with developer Integration with Email marketing (further integrations with b2b platforms, call software and ecommerce if needed) Media Strategy, Planning and Buying Experience in site direct or programmatic platforms Generating UTMs for tagging strategy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic, and email marketing. Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools like GA4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies in simple terms. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
